Each fender is 1.75" wider than stock, for 3.5" of added width across the front of the car, giving a wider, more aggressive stance and extra room for wider wheels and tires. They replace your steel front fenders at a fraction of the weight and are hand-built to order locally in Southern California, made in the USA.

Rare, hand-made and exclusive. Widebody carbon Super Beetle fenders aren't something you can pull off a shelf. Each pair is hand-laid in carbon fiber, one at a time, and only after it's ordered. Very few Super Beetles will ever wear a set, and the front end of yours will be unmistakable.

Hand-made to order: please allow 2–3 weeks construction time. Your pair is laid up for you after your order is placed, so they ship when they're built right, not before.

The front fenders and headlights are the face of a Super Beetle, and steel fenders are heavy, rust from the inside out, and dent at the first parking-lot bump. These are real carbon fiber, widened 1.75" per side over stock while keeping the classic Super Beetle fender lines, with the headlight openings formed in and finished under a deep gloss clear that makes the weave pop from every angle. They take weight off the nose of the car, fill out the wheel wells with wider wheels, and turn the front end into a showpiece.

Wide carbon fiber front fender features

Rare and exclusive: hand-made one pair at a time, only to order, never mass-produced

1.75" wider per side: 3.5" of added width across the car, with extra room for wider wheels and tires

Extremely lightweight: full carbon construction, a fraction of the weight of steel fenders

Extremely durable: stiff, strong, and won't rust or dent like sheet metal

Classic lines: the original Super Beetle fender shape, widened, with headlight buckets formed in

Show-quality finish: consistent carbon weave under a deep clear gloss

Made in USA: hand-built locally in Southern California

Fitment

VW Super Beetle. Contact us with your year before ordering and we'll confirm fit, headlights and mounting for your car.

Does not fit: standard (non-Super) Beetle, which uses different front fenders

Width: 1.75" wider than stock per side (3.5" total).
