About The Parts Department
We're not a warehouse with a phone number. We're mechanics who happen to sell parts — and we'll tell you which one actually fits before we tell you which one's in stock.
Friendly & Knowledgeable Parts Staff
The parts department grew out of the fabrication and restoration side of the shop, not the other way around. Every part we stock has either come off a car we've built, gone back on one we've restored, or passed the same scrutiny we'd give our own work.
We sell what we'd put on our own cars — air-cooled VW and Porsche parts, sourced, inspected, and in a lot of cases restored right here in Orange, CA. If it wouldn't go on a car in our own bay, it doesn't go on the shelf.
Technical support from people who've actually turned the wrench.
Most parts counters can look up a SKU. Ours can tell you why a link-pin front beam won't bolt to a ball-joint chassis, why your car needs the early-style part and not the one everyone stocks, or whether that "universal" bracket is actually universal for your application.
Call before you order. We'd rather spend ten minutes talking you out of the wrong part than process the return three weeks later.
Three ways in: restored, hardware, and aftermarket.
German Restored Parts
Original German OEM components — steering boxes, control arms, brake parts, and more — stripped, inspected, and rebuilt to spec in-house instead of sold as-is.
German Restored Hardware
A deep collection of restored German hardware — bolts, clips, brackets, and small parts that are hard to find new and usually not worth reproducing from scratch.
Quality Aftermarket Parts
Where OEM isn't practical, we stock the aftermarket brands we trust — vetted by what actually holds up on customer cars, not by what's cheapest to keep on the shelf.

Call the parts line before you order.
Tell us the year, the model, and anything that has been modified. We will tell you which part actually fits your car — and we would rather spend ten minutes on the phone than process the return three weeks later. If you already know what you need, the catalogue is organised by vehicle and year.
