Thom is the voice on the other end of the phone when you're not sure which part actually fits your car — and the face behind the counter when you stop by the retail store in person. He runs point on everything parts: pulling and packing every online order, managing inventory across our full VW and Porsche catalog, and getting each customer the right part the first time, whether that's over the phone, in the store, or after the box ships.

Otis meets everyone who walks through the door and inspects every delivery personally, whether or not anyone asked him to. When he's not on greeter duty, he's running quality control on the sunniest spot in the lobby — a demanding role, but he takes it seriously.
