The EMPI 2" Narrowed Beam Tow Bar is the specialized version of the standard Type 1 tow bar, engineered for cars running a narrowed front end. Built from the same heavy-wall steel as the original, it uses adjusted geometry to clamp securely onto the lower tube of an EMPI or custom 2" narrowed beam.

Equipped with a 2" ball receiver, it is the professional choice for moving narrowed-beam Beetles, Ghias, or tube-chassis buggies that will not fit a standard-width tow bar. It provides reliable, straight-line tracking and is designed for a quick-release setup.
