A sprung-hub clutch disc absorbs driveline shock for a smoother take-up than a rigid disc — easier on the gearbox and your passengers. This is the EMPI 200mm sprung-hub clutch disc (32-1250-0), built with current friction materials to match the 200mm H.D. pressure plate.
