Refurbished German Pedal Assembly – VW Type 1 (Beetle, Karmann Ghia & Type 3)

An original German pedal cluster, stripped down and rebuilt to run better than it did new. We inspect every piece, re-bush the pivot for a tight, slop-free throw, and finish it in durable powder coat over vapor-honed bases. Two upgrades come standard: a wider clutch pedal and a stronger accelerator roller arm running on a self-lubricating Delrin roller. It bolts straight in.

How it's done

1. Teardown & inspection — fully disassembled; every part checked for wear, cracks and straightness.
2. Vapor honing — bases cleaned back to uniform bare metal without losing material.
3. Powder coat — a hard, corrosion-resistant finish applied and oven-cured.
4. Re-bushing — new bushings pressed in to take the slop out of the pivot.
5. Upgrades installed — clutch extender, fortified roller arm and Delrin roller fitted.
6. Reassemble & check — put back together, worked by hand and inspected before it ships.
