This is the top of the EMPI GTV-2 wedge-port range. The Stage 3 heads (98-1437-B) are CNC-machined to the maximum wedge port and cut for huge 44mm intake / 37.5mm exhaust Manley Race Master valves — they flow up to 210 CFM out of the box for serious bolt-on horsepower.

Machined for 94mm bore. Sold as a matched pair.

Installation

Lash caps (P/N 00-4006-0) are required for all stainless steel valve applications — sold separately. 12mm long-reach spark plugs (NGK DCPR8E recommended) must be used in place of stock Bosch plugs. Verify rocker arm geometry and check for coil bind with dual springs.
