The Stock PLUS variant of the EMPI Super Vee Type 4 cylinder head runs the same proven European-sourced casting as the Stock version, but adds upgraded 44mm intake valves for better breathing on more aggressive Type 4 builds. Each head is stuffed with Manley valves, silicon bronze valve guides, hardened valve seats, heavy duty valve springs, and chromoly retainers.

All valve seat work is performed on EMPI's Rottler SG7MTS cylinder head machine at their Anaheim, CA shop. Whether you're rebuilding or hot-rodding your VW Type 2/4 or Porsche 914, these heads deliver the performance you're after. Sold as a matched pair.
