EMPI collaborated with cooling experts CSF Radiators to deliver a new benchmark in air-cooled performance: the EMPI Exclusive SuperKooler aluminum oil cooler (part #98-1186-B). It is built for Type 1 / Type 2 single relief case, non-doghouse engines and for Porsche 356 and 912.

The SuperKooler pairs billet CNC-machined end tanks with a state-of-the-art bar/plate core that delivers 10% more cooling surface in the OE footprint versus OE tube/fin construction, plus a thermal rejection ceramic coating for improved heat dissipation. It is manufactured exclusively by CSF Cooling for EMPI.
