Drum Brake Kit for the VW Beetle & Karmann Ghia 1958–1964: Front + Rear

Short answer: A VW Beetle & Karmann Ghia 1958–1964 (Link Pin, Swing Axle, 5x205 Wide-5) uses the EMPI front drum brake kit, link pin, 5x205 (22-4000-0) up front and the EMPI rear drum brake kit, swing axle, 5x205 (22-5000-0) in the rear. Each EMPI kit includes 2 brake drums, 2 wheel cylinders, a brake shoe set, OE-style brake hoses, brake hardware (springs, pins, clips) and shoe adjusting hardware. Buy both axles here, or just the front or rear.

Restore factory drum braking at both ends with all-new EMPI parts: no cores, no used drums, and no hunting for the right springs and clips for your year.
