A whisper lean at the top is enough to keep an engine from singing the last few hundred rpm. One step richer than the 1.10, the 1.15 main jet trims wide-open fuel through a 1.15mm brass orifice, closing a small lean spot on a Weber or HPMX short of a 1.20.
