A crank pulley with mass where it counts. King Performance's Spoked "Heavy" pulley keeps the 6.7" (170.7 mm) diameter of a stock-size pulley but weighs 3.93 lb, giving a Type 1 engine a billet pulley with more rotating mass than a typical lightweight aluminum part. It is machined from 6061-T6511 billet, hard black anodized, and built around a heat-treated 4140 steel hub that is frenched into the pulley body.

Installation Notes
Reuse a sound crank pulley bolt or fit a new one, and align the belt to your alternator or generator pulley with shims. King recommends red high-strength thread locker and 80 ft-lb on its crank pulley bolts. Check belt tension after the first run. Because the belt also drives the cooling fan, a working charge light is essential.
FAQ
Why a heavy pulley? It gives you a billet pulley without the very light rotating mass of a race-style pulley.
Does it include the alternator pulley? No, crank pulley and hub only. The kit version includes it.
Which hub do I need? Sand Seal only if your case is machined for one; otherwise Stock O.D. 1.750".
