Restore solid, threaded hinge mounting points in your 356. This threaded backing plate sits behind the door hinge and gives the hinge bolts a rigid, flat anchor. Originals are often rusted thin, cracked, or have stripped threads after decades of door cycles — a weak backing plate is a common cause of sagging doors and poor door gaps.

Each plate is laser-cut at Washburn's Metal and fitted with four welded captive nuts, so the fasteners won't spin when you torque the hinge down. The large center clearance hole matches the original layout. Replaces Porsche part number 644-531-310-00.
