Why It Matters
A bare steel Speedster shell looks great but is hard and cold to sit on for long. These cushions make the Dansk seat comfortable as an office chair and give a finished look without full custom upholstery.
Black suits a white shell for contrast; white gives an all-white classic look. JP Group is a Danish maker of replacement and reproduction parts for classic Porsche and VW, and its Dansk line covers hard-to-find Porsche parts. EMPI is JP Group's US distributor. Washburn's Metal in Orange, CA lists each part with its real OE and JP reference numbers.
Installation Notes
- Clean the inside of the shell.
- Position the cushion and fit it as supplied; EMPI does not list the fixing method.
- If the seat is used in a car, make sure the cushion cannot slide.
