Old ducting splits, rots or gets crushed, and then the heat from the exchangers leaks into the engine compartment and never reaches the cabin. EMPI 00-3495-0 is a 60mm x 1000mm flexible aluminum heater hose in the Type 3 size. Cut it to length and clamp it in place of the tired hose.

Installation Notes

• Measure each run with the old hose, then add about an inch for overlap on each end before you cut.
• Cut with sharp snips or a fine-tooth blade and dress the edge so it doesn't snag or tear as you slide it on.
