Installation Notes

• Drop the glass and pull the old channel out of the frame. Clean out the rust and old glue.
• Dry-fit the new channel and mark it, then cut it to length with sharp snips or a fine hacksaw. Leave it a hair long, since you can always take more off.
• Press it into the frame, tapping it home with a rubber mallet, and use a dab of weatherstrip adhesive where the old channel was glued.
• Roll the glass up slowly the first few times so the felt beds in.
