EMPI 00-3695-0 is a small 3-bolt steel exhaust flange with a 1-3/4" I.D. hole and slotted bolt holes. Weld it to the tube, bolt it up, and the slots let you pull the joint into line after welding.

Installation Notes

• Clean mill scale and paint off the flange and the tube before you weld.
• Tack the flange square to the tube, check it against the mating flange, then finish the weld. Keep the sealing face flat.
• Use a fresh exhaust gasket on every joint, and snug the three bolts evenly.
• Re-torque after the first heat cycle. Exhaust joints settle.
