Fuchs: 50 Years of the Legendary Fuchsfelge, Official Hardcover Book (132901)
Short answer: This is the official OTTO FUCHS 50th-anniversary book on the Fuchs forged wheel, made with Motorbuch Verlag. It is a 175-page English hardcover, imported through the official US distributor, item 132901.
The five-spoke Fuchs is the wheel most people picture when they think of an early 911. Most owners know how it looks and not much else. This book fills in the rest: the family company in Meinerzhagen that has been forging metal for more than a century, how a solid aluminum billet becomes a one-piece wheel under a forging press, and how the design ran from the first 911 S wheel to the Evolution and Retro wheels Fuchs builds today. Many of the photos have not been published before. It is a good book for the shelf in the shop office, and a good gift for the person in your life who can tell a 15x6 from a 15x7 at twenty paces.
Availability: In US stock. Ships in about 5–10 business days.
