VW Super Beetle Wide Carbon Fiber Rear Fenders, 1.75" Wider Per Side
Short answer: This is a rare, hand-made pair of wide carbon fiber rear fenders, left and right, for the VW Super Beetle, with the taillight openings molded in. Each fender is 1.75" wider than stock, for 3.5" of added width across the rear of the car, giving a wider, more aggressive stance and extra room for wider wheels and tires. They replace your steel rear fenders at a fraction of the weight and are hand-built to order locally in Southern California, made in the USA.
Rare, hand-made and exclusive. Widebody carbon Super Beetle fenders aren't something you can pull off a shelf. Each pair is hand-laid in carbon fiber, one at a time, and only after it's ordered. Very few Super Beetles will ever sit on a set, and yours will be one of them.
Hand-made to order: please allow 2–3 weeks construction time. Your pair is laid up for you after your order is placed, so they ship when they're built right, not before.
Rear fenders are the biggest bolt-on panels on the back of a Super Beetle, and steel ones are heavy and prone to rust and dents. These are real carbon fiber, widened 1.75" per side over stock while keeping the classic VW fender lines, with the taillight openings formed in and finished under a deep gloss clear. They take weight off the rear of the car, fill out the wheel wells with wider wheels, and give it a finish people stop to look at.
