Why It Matters
There is a particular hesitation a hot engine gives when the main jet cannot keep up, a lean shudder right where you want the surge. The 160 main jet, a 1.60mm brass orifice, feeds a warmer Kadron or Solex build that wants noticeably more fuel at full throttle.
The 160 is a larger size for hotter, higher-demand engines, for a warmer Kadron or Solex build that wants noticeably more fuel at full throttle.
Installation Notes
The jet is threaded brass and swaps with a flat screwdriver. Fit it in place of the existing main jet in your 40K, Kadron, Brosol or Solex carburetor.
