EMPI Chrome Lug Bolt — M14 x 1.5, 20mm, Sold Individually

A single bright chrome lug bolt with an M14 x 1.5 thread and 20mm length, made for aluminum wheels. Sold one at a time so you can replace a lost or damaged bolt, or order the exact count for a full set (16 for a 4-lug car; a 1950–70 Bus, the stock 5-lug VW with M14 bolts, takes 20) without buying extra packs.

Read This First — Seat Profile and Length

• Seat profile. Confirm the seat on your wheel matches the bolt before installing. This bolt has a ball (radiused) seat. If your wheels have a 60° tapered seat, you need the M14 taper-seat bolt instead (EMPI 00-9712-0). Mismatched seats cannot clamp evenly and the wheel can work loose.
• Length. Make sure you get full thread engagement without the bolt bottoming out or touching the brake. Spacers or adapters change the length you need — test-fit one corner first.

Installation Notes

• Check clearance before you commit. Fit one bolt, spin the wheel, and confirm nothing touches inside the drum or caliper.
• A light anti-seize on the threads only — never on the seat.
• Torque in a star pattern and re-check after roughly 50 miles.
