What's Included
- One cap (Single) or four caps (Set of 4).
- Stainless steel mounting hardware (EMPI lists the cap "with S/S hardware").
- Spare stainless Allen bolts are sold separately as EMPI 00-9698-0, pack of 5.
Why It Matters
Unlike push-on caps, the GT-5/5-Rib cap is held on with small stainless Allen bolts. If one of your bolts is missing, order a pack of 00-9698-0 with the cap.
The black 00-9641-0 suits black or anthracite wheels, or a stealth look on polished wheels; the chrome 00-9709-0 is the factory-look match.
Install Notes
- Clean the cap seat and bolt holes.
- Start every bolt by hand before snugging any of them, so the cap sits flat.
- Tighten the bolts gently and evenly. EMPI does not publish a torque value; over-tightening can crack the cap.
- Keep a spare pack of 00-9698-0 bolts in the glovebox.
